By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pce88 may at any time request age-verification documentation including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport or birth certificate. If a player is found to be under the minimum age, their account will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited and any winnings voided. pce88 is committed to preventing underage gambling and cooperates fully with any investigation into such matters.
Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pce88 makes no representation as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. By using the Platform, you accept full legal and financial responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of pce88 in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Persons
The following categories of individuals are not permitted to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons who are currently self-excluded from pce88 or have been permanently banned; (c) employees, contractors and agents of pce88 and their immediate family members; (d) persons using automated tools, scripts or bots to interact with the Platform.

Account Registration and Management
Registration Requirements
To use the Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes a valid mobile phone number, a unique username and a secure password. You agree to keep all account information up to date. pce88 reserves the right to refuse any registration at its sole discretion. Each player may hold only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
Account Verification (KYC)
pce88 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. This process is in place to protect players and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pce88 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pce88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pce88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pce88 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected while an investigation is carried out.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on pce88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:
- The minimum deposit amount on pce88 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though pce88 may apply transaction limits for security reasons. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the account holder.
- pce88 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, typically within minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card withdrawals may take longer subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.
- pce88 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where KYC requirements have not been completed, withdrawals will be held pending verification. Players are encouraged to complete KYC promptly to avoid delays.
- Any funds suspected to be derived from fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activities will be frozen pending investigation. pce88 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the account if such activities are confirmed.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
pce88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms published at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically upon meeting the qualifying condition (e.g., making a first deposit). No bonus code is required for the welcome bonus unless specifically stated.
- Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the individual promotion terms. pce88 reserves the right to exclude certain games or categories from contributing to wagering requirements.
- pce88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, system errors or changes in business strategy.
- Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
pce88 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Using any software, tool, bot, script or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house, including artificial intelligence tools that automate betting decisions in real time.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about hands, cards or bet placements in real-time in a manner designed to influence outcomes in live casino games.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing illegal activities. pce88 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
- Deliberately exploiting technical malfunctions, software errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of an error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
pce88 monitors all gaming activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation of this section will be suspended or permanently closed without notice and all balances, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Where applicable, pce88 will refer cases involving fraud or money laundering to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity and never a financial necessity or a means of resolving financial difficulties. pce88 provides players with tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pce88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill, even if pce88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pce88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but we accept no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions or interruptions to service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

Amendments to These Terms
pce88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
